CANTEEN MANAGER
Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig, Inc. (ASCB) is seeking a dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented Canteen Manager to oversee the daily operations of the school canteen and ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and affordable food services to our students, employees, and visitors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, Nutrition, or any related field (preferred)
• Experience in food service, restaurant, or canteen management is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and inventory management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Computer literate and proficient in basic record-keeping and reporting
• Honest, trustworthy, and capable of handling cash and financial transactions
• Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily operations of the school canteen.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
• Prepare sales, expense, and inventory reports.
• Supervise and evaluate canteen personnel.
• Promote excellent customer service and efficient operations.
